This economy is ripe with opportunities for the smart investor if only they did their research and got off their butts. I recently purchased a waterfront property for $35,000 at a foreclosure auction and the other deals that were there were also pretty good. Don't be afraid to invest, the market can go nowhere but up! You left out Jack Russells i have three of them and they have killed two cats on my block and have bitten people aswell but because their small i seem to get a pass its not right but its the way it go’s you cant even get a news crew to respond to a small dog bite but when some of the dogs listed above bites you hear about it i guess it’s out of site out of mind.
